Here you can read about our personal data policy.
This applies to the information you give us - either when signing up for the newsletter or buying in the shop (we love it when you do that).
Designdyret.dk is the data controller for your personal data.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE STORE?
When you visit the website, we collect some information, e.g. which pages you visit, which browser you use and which searches you make in our search field.
We use that information to improve your experience in the shop, for example to show you the most relevant products. It's a waste of your time if we don't try to make it as good as possible for you.
We may also use the information to target marketing so that you receive the most relevant information from us.
We also use the information you enter at the time of purchase to send you the item to the right place, and email and mobile number are used to send you the Track & Trace number for your order.
When you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email or mobile phone to send emails or text messages with relevant news, discounts and offers.
Dissemination of information
Your name, address, email, telephone number as well as order number and specific delivery wishes are handed over to GLS, PostNord, DAO, Sand Spedition or a carrier who delivers your order.
The information can be handed over to external partners, for example for technical operation, improvement of the website or retargeting.
One of these data processors is Google Analytics v/ Google LLC, established in the USA and Facebook.
The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are secured through the data processor's certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield, cf. The right of access
You can have what we know about you handed over to you at any time.
If you want it delivered, you must send a written request to hej@designdyret.dk - and send documentation that you are who you are.
The right to erasure
You can choose to have us delete your data we have about you.
Security
We use all technical measures to secure your data and have made sure to use the right business partners for that security. These include our shop system Shopify and our newsletter suppliers Mailchimp and Ubivox.
