GLS parcel shop or GLS business address is completely free of charge for purchases over just DKK 399 - jubii.
If you buy for DKK 399 or less, shipping costs only DKK 29 - still a bargain for that money.
It is possible to have it delivered to a private address for (59 DKK).
Delivery time is typically 1-2 business days from dispatch. If we have printed the poster in advance, it can typically be expected to be sent the following day. For unique posters that are made especially for you, a delivery time of 3 - 5 days must be expected. Please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if it is an urgent task, as we can then tell you the exact delivery time.
If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
Note , posters that have been customized, e.g. with a name or similar, cannot be canceled as they are special orders.
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;
- a) have received your item
- b) takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
- c) gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification must be given by writing to email@example.com.
In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
#1 Delivery of goods which have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch - e.g. name on a poster.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive all return the purchase amount, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
For refund of the purchase amount _
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop at Designdyret.dk you of course have 24-month right of complaint .
This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item.
If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.
What we do with your personal information (personal data policy)
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Designdyret and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and Designdyret have access to the information registered about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information submitted to Designdyret is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information. As registered with Designdyret, you always have the right to object to the registration.
You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Designdyret via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Designdyret at email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
